Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OHA mobile application and related services (“OHA”). By creating an account or using OHA, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OHA.

OHA is operated by [OHA legal entity — to be completed] (“we”, “us”), Türkiye.

Who can use OHA

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher) and able to enter a binding agreement. By using OHA you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. Provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other people, or post hateful, unlawful, obscene, or infringing content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• spam, scrape, or harvest other users’ data;
• disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service or its security;
• use OHA for anything illegal or against these Terms.

We provide tools to block and report other users and content. We may review reported content and, where appropriate, remove it and warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create — profile details, posts, photos, messages, teams, and matches. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and provide OHA. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Matches, teams, cups, and real-world play

OHA is a coordination tool for amateur football. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the conduct of players, teams, organisers, referees, or venues, the condition or safety of any pitch, any fees arranged between participants, or any disputes, injuries, or losses arising from matches or meetings organised through OHA. Play responsibly, and take the same care you would when arranging a game offline.

Fees between players

Where a match lists a fee, that arrangement is between the organiser and the players. OHA does not process payments between users and is not responsible for collecting, holding, or refunding any such amounts.

Referees and ratings

Acting as a referee is an additional role on your player account. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of users, not OHA, and must be honest and not abusive.

Third-party services

OHA relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, Mapbox, and our infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. If you install OHA from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms, entitled to enforce them.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using OHA and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Some provisions — such as the licence for content you have already shared, disclaimers, and liability limits — survive termination.

Disclaimers

OHA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OHA and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) OHA. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the competent courts of [city / competent courts — to be confirmed], Türkiye, will have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as OHA evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
