Delete your account

You can delete your OHA account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open OHA and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@oha.futbol from the address on your account (or include your username so we can locate it) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and complete it for you.

What happens when you delete

• Your account enters a 30-day grace period and is suspended. If you log back in within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored.
• After the grace period, a scheduled process permanently removes or anonymises your personal data and tombstones your profile — your name becomes “Deleted player”.
• Content tied to shared history, such as a past match result, may be retained in anonymised form so it stays consistent for other players.
